Misbehaving Curves and Surfaces
- If you try connecting either a curve or surface and it doesn’t want to (connects oddly, destroys the surface or just gets funky) try one of the following options.
- Select the curve or surface and delete history (Edit > Delete by Type > History) before attaching the NURBS object. Sometimes, there is something in the object's history that prevents it from connecting properly.
- Try reversing the curve direction (Edit Curve > Reverse Curve Direction). Curve direction is important to how the curve is constructed.
- Reverse the surface direction (Edit NURBS > Reverse Surface Direction). Surface direction is also important to how the surface is constructed and connects to other surfaces.
